Order and Delivery Policy

Order

  • Order processing days are Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm working hour), any order on weekends or legal public holidays may affect your order processing and shipment dates.

Delivery Information

  • We deliver our products to the whole of Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah & Sarawak.
  • If you like your purchases to be delivered to a third party address please notify us at info@elyza.com, or you can also fill up the form.
  • All our parcels are carefully delivered using one of a number of well known and respected couriers.
  • Deliveries can be made between  Monday –Sat 9.00 am and 5.00 pm on normal working days (except Sunday and public holidays).
  • All deliveries need a signature, should no one be available to accept the delivery, the courier will try a neighbor before returning the parcel to the local depot.
  • Please note this is only estimated and excludes any unforeseen delays beyond control like floods,traffic accidents, misplaced / misdirected in transit.
  • We are unable to deliver to a  P.O Box addresses.
  • We reserve the right to change or amend any delivery charges at any time.
  • Public  holidays are not classed as working days.
  • Should there be a case where the delivery/courier  company have potentially lost your order we reserve the right to investigate this with the courier for a maximum of 7 working days after dispatch of your original goods prior to remaking the product and re-dispatching your order.

Signature on Delivery

  • All shipments contain valuable goods. Because of this, our carriers are contracted to produce a Proof of Delivery.
  • If you are comfortable with having your order left without the carrier obtaining a signature, please indicate this in the special instructions box when placing your order online.
  • We are unable to accept any responsibility for your order once delivered if you select this option. If you will not be home to accept delivery.
  • If you are comfortable with having your order left without the carrier obtaining a signature, please indicate this in the special instructions box when placing your order online. Should you choose this option, please note that we take no responsibility for orders left unattended. There will be additional charges by the delivery company if you are not able to receive the goods on the date you stated.

Installation

  • Unless otherwise stated, Elyza’s does not come pre-assembled. Please call our customer service line on 1800 222 628 if you require information regarding specific item install.
  • We do offer an installation service. Elyza’s representative will go to your home or office, unpack and install your goods, and remove any rubbish. The cost will depends on your location and the items you bought and will be done the day after delivery.

** All the above period is estimated only, some items maybe faster than the estimated time  frame. We will inform customer 3 days in advance before the delivery & installation.

** Delivery will be on Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm) working day EXCLUDE Public Holiday.
